Shipping
All products are shipped via UPS to destinations within the continental United States. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order ships. We do not accept COD orders.
Returns
If your shipment is incorrect or merchandise is broken or flawed, please notify us within five days after receipt of shipment. We will then issue you a claims form and return authorization letter. Upon receipt of the product, we will replace the damaged item. Do not return merchandise without authroization from us. To receive credit for merchandise broken in shipping, keep your broken goods inside original packing and shipping box for carrier inspection.
All returned merchandise must be packed in the original packing material and carton to receive credit. Merchandise carelessly packed for return will not be credited or replaced. |
